WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Rib is a knit with vertical ridges, and it has a property a smooth fabric does not have: it gives sideways and pulls back together again. That is why a ribbed tank top sits close without being tight, and why it does not bunch up under a shirt. From Resteröds, slim fit, in sizes from S to XXL.

A black tank top does not show under a dark shirt, and it does not show sweat marks the way a white one does. That is the practical reason many people choose black for days in a shirt with meetings.

65 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 65 % bamboo viscose, 30 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane, and the bamboo is FSC MIX certified.
