How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Black bamboo lounge set for women in soft and breathable material. Comfortable bamboo loungewear with timeless design and comfortable fit.

The set is 92% bamboo viscose and 8% elastane. It contains no cotton, which is why the fabric feels cool straight away and moves moisture faster than loungewear with a lot of cotton. Boody generally has the highest bamboo content among the brands in the shop.

The set

Top and bottom in the same black fabric, with a calm cut without print. The advantage of a set over two separate pieces is that they shrink and fade evenly.

In return, it is delicate

Without cotton, there is nothing in the fabric that gives strength under heat, and the 8% elastane is the first thing to give up. Wash at 40 degrees or below, keep the set out of the tumble dryer and do not use fabric softener. See the washing and care guide.
