Why it also works for training

The fabric is 68 % bamboo viscose, 28 % organic cotton and 4 % elastane. The bamboo viscose moves sweat away from the skin instead of holding on to it, and the elastane means the T-shirt moves with you. White shows sweat

This is the honest objection: white fabric shows sweat marks under the arms more clearly than black does. If you are going straight from training to something else, a dark colour is the safer choice.
