WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Flat seams are what you notice after a whole day

1 pair of super soft light blue bamboo tai briefs. The waistband and the edge at the leg cutouts are sewn on with flat seams. Bamboo is super soft and breathable.

A flat seam does not build up, which is why it does not show a line through close-fitting trousers and does not chafe in the groin after many hours. It is the detail that sets apart underwear you keep on.

The tai cut

The tai sits at normal waist height with higher leg openings than a hipster. It is the cut most people know as a regular pair of briefs, and the reason it is used the most.

The material

65% bamboo viscose, 30% organic cotton and 5% elastane. Bamboo viscose absorbs moisture and releases it into the air, which is the whole reason the material is used for underwear. More in facts about bamboo.

Washing

40 degrees without fabric softener and not in the tumble dryer. See the washing and care guide.

The other models

The same light blue is available as hipster and as G-string. The styles are listed in guide to knickers and underpants.
