How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Black bamboo training shorts from Boody with flat seams and a 12.5 cm inseam, ideal for running and cycling. Mid-thigh length and a hidden pocket on both legs.

The bamboo material ensures that the training shorts are both breathable and moisture wicking, so you stay dry and comfortable during your workout.

Five inch leg length is the medium length, so longer than running shorts and shorter than cycling shorts. High waist that stays up during movement.

Material

61% bamboo viscose, 27% organic cotton and 12% elastane. Lower bamboo content than Boody's underwear, precisely because activewear requires more stretch and shape stability. More in our facts about bamboo.
