WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

A white tank top under your shirt does two things: it keeps sweat away from the shirt fabric, and it adds a layer so the shirt does not stick to your back. It can also be worn on its own with a pair of jeans in summer. Two in the pack from Copenhagen Bamboo, sizes from S to XXL.

Our own brand

The tops are from Copenhagen Bamboo, which is our own brand. That means we've decided the bamboo content and the fit ourselves. The rest of the brand is under Copenhagen Bamboo.

70 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The high bamboo content is the reason the top breathes and does not get clammy under a shirt. We go through the material in our facts about bamboo.

Whites are washed separately
