How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

Anja is a tank top with wide straps, that is the kind that covers the bra strap so you avoid a beige strap peeking out. The colour is blue, which is easier to use day to day than black and white if you already have both.

68 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 68% bamboo viscose, 27% organic cotton and 5% elastane. The bamboo viscose is absorbent and temperature regulating, which in practice means the top feels cool when you are warm and does not turn clammy afterwards. Wash coloured items on their own

Blue gives off a little colour in the first few washes. Run the top with other coloured laundry at 40 degrees and leave out the fabric softener, it settles on the fibres and takes away exactly the breathability you bought the top for.
