WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

This navy sweatshirt with a round neck and a small logo on the chest is from JBS of Denmark and is made from a lovely soft bamboo blend. It is temperature regulating, breathable and stays soft wash after wash.

Navy blue and a discreet mark on the chest is as neutral as a sweatshirt can get. It can be worn at work, for meetings from home and under a jacket, where grey marl reads as gym wear and a large print reads as leisure.

The cut

Round neck with ribbed trim, ribbed cuffs and hem, no hood. Without a hood, the sweatshirt does not bulk up at the neck under outerwear.

The fabric

55% bamboo viscose against the skin, 25% polyester so the jumper keeps its shape, 15% organic cotton for the weight and 5% elastane at the edges. It is the polyester that stops sweat fabric from losing its shape after a winter. More in facts about bamboo.
