WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

White oversize T-shirt that is already big

Relaxed oversize bamboo T-shirt from JBS of Denmark. It is soft, breathable and temperature regulating and feels light and lovely against the skin.

Oversize means that the cut is made wide and long from the start. You should therefore not go up a size to get the loose look, it is already there. Choose your normal size. That is the mistake people most often make with oversize styles, and it costs a return.

How to use it

It falls loosely over the shoulder and hip and works with both trousers and shorts, and over a pair of leggings. From JBS of Denmark in a women's fit.

65 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 65 % bamboo viscose, 30 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane, and the bamboo is FSC MIX certified. The bamboo viscose is the reason the T-shirt hangs heavily and softly instead of standing out stiffly, the way a pure cotton top would in the same cut. See our facts about bamboo and our FSC page.
