WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

DESCRIPTION

Two black T-shirts with a V-neck

The V-neck is chosen for one reason: it disappears under a shirt with the top buttons open. A round neck shows in the neckline, a V-neck does not. Here you get two black ones from JBS in slim fit, and they come from S to XXXL.

65 per cent bamboo viscose

The fabric is 65% bamboo viscose, 30% organic cotton and 5% elastane, and the bamboo is FSC MIX certified. The bamboo viscose gives the softness and the breathability, the cotton keeps the T-shirt in shape wash after wash. We go through the material honestly in our facts about bamboo.

Black keeps its colour when washed correctly

Black bamboo viscose turns greyish from high heat and from being washed with towels that shed lint. Wash at 40 degrees with the rest of the dark clothes and leave out the fabric softener. The rest is in our washing and care guide.
