WASHING GUIDE

How to best care for your bamboo clothing

To extend the lifespan of your bamboo clothing, we recommend:

Wash at 30–40 degrees.
Wash inside out – especially if there is a print.
Air dry in the shade instead of using a tumble dryer.
Use detergent without harsh enzymes – e.g. wool/silk soap and preferably fragrance-free.
Underwear can be washed at 60 degrees, but this may shorten its lifespan.

A classic navy bamboo T-shirt with round neck in high quality and good fit. As it is made from bamboo, it is lovely and soft, as well as breathable and temperature regulating.

Resteröds makes the top in navy and in two khaki shades. Navy is the one that runs out first, because it can do the same as black under a shirt or a jacket, but is softer against the face and does not turn greyish after many washes in the same way.

The cut

Round neck with ribbed trim, short sleeves, straight men's cut. Thin enough to sit under a shirt without adding bulk at the shoulders.

The material

65% bamboo viscose, 30% organic cotton and 5% elastane. The bamboo content gives the cool surface and moves moisture away from the skin, the cotton keeps the shape, the elastane keeps the neckline after many times over the head. More in facts about bamboo.
